Boomerang's Promotions plugin allows managers to promote staff members with ease. Simply run the command, and either select a role, or don't and it'll pick the next role in the chain of command. After you run the command, Boomerang will automatically remove their old roles and add their new roles, then finally, Boomerang will log the promotion to the database.

- Enable the promotions plugin by running
/config > "Configure Plugins"and then enable the promotions plugin. - Go to the promotions configuration embed by running
/config > "Configure Promotion"and then click on the setting option you'd like to configure.

- The changes you have configured will automatically change without you needing to confirm any changes.
Role Order
You do not have to select the roles in order from highest to lowest. Boomerang will do this for you.

If you'd like to create a customisable promotion embed you are able to do so using Boomerang. Be sure to follow each step carefully and make sure you have configured the promotions plugin correctly before doing this.
- Run the
/configcommand and find the "Configure Promotions" option. - Click on the "Configure Custom Embed" option and customise the embed to your liking.
